ニューシティ・レジデンス投資法人の再生計画案が再否決、債権者がビ・ライフ投資法人との合併案で民事再生手続の申立を意見表明

ニューシティ・レジデンス投資法人の債権者集会が本日再開催され、ローン・スター・グループをスポンサーとする再生計画案が再度否決された。これにより裁判所より再生手続き廃止が決定された。 既に大口債権者より、大和ハウス工業及びビ・ライフ投資法人（BLI）をスポンサーとし、BLIと合併する再生計画案で再度の再生手続の申立を行う意見表明がなされている。NCR側も破産を回避すべく新たな再生計画案で進めていく意向を示した。今後、債権者申立による再生手続が決定するかは未定。
