10月9日民事再生の申請をしたニューシティ・レジデンス投資法人が、日興シティグループ証券を財務アドバイザーに選定し、再生計画を構築していくことを発表。再生スキームとして、①新スポンサーによる経営参画 ②REITの合併 ③保有資産の売却、 これらを有力な選択肢として協議していく構え。再生計画案の提出期限は、平成21年1月7日。
