ニューシティ・レジデンス投資法人が第6期（平成20年2月期）決算を発表した。第6期は、7棟取得及び3棟売却を行った。物件売却益6億円が寄与し、前期比11.7%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,954円となった。第8期（平成20年8月期）は4棟取得及び3棟売却を予定。併せて、フィデリティ投信のファンドに対する第三者割当増資を発表。割当口数は18,000口、1口当たり発行価額は285,579円。51億円を調達し、借入金返済及び物件取得資金に充当する。第8期は、物件売却益の減少と投資口数の増加に伴い、25%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,050円となる見通し。
