ニューシティ・レジデンス投資法人が、環境への取り組み「エコ宣言」を発表した。上場REITによる環境サービスの取り組みは初。具体的には、入居者のカーシェアリング、照明電球のリサイクル、緑化、ゴミ置き場の整備等を保有物件のPMに導入して、エネルギーや廃棄物の削減を行い、環境に配慮していく構え。
