ニューシティ・レジデンス投資法人（NCR）が都内のレジデンス6棟を取得する。6棟の取得額は計392億円。うち1棟は、JR池袋駅より徒歩2分にある、平成18年12月竣工32階建ての高層マンション。取得額277億円はNCRのポートフォリオで最大規模。6棟はそれぞれ竣工後平成20年10月までの間に随時取得予定。6棟取得後のNCRの資産規模は約20%増の2,256億円となる。
