ニューシティ・レジデンス投資法人が第5期（平成19年8月期）決算を発表した。第5期は、11棟取得及び1棟売却を行った。物件売却益が前期比減となったため、前期比10%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,393円となった。第6期（平成20年2月期）は、5棟取得及び3棟売却を予定。これら賃貸収入及び物件売却益が寄与し、前期比10%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,800円となる見通し。
