ニューシティ・レジデンス投資法人が、千代田区に保有するレジデンス1棟を売却する。売却額は32.7億円。売却先はGEリアル・エステート。物件売却益約4億円は、第5期（平成19年8月期）に計上される。1口当たり分配金は2,500円程度増加することになるが、詳細については4月24日に、第4期（平成18年2月期）の決算発表で開示する予定としている。
