ニューシティ・レジデンス投資法人が第2期決算及び第3期業績予想を発表

ニューシティ・レジデンス投資法人が第2期(平成18年2月期)決算及び第3期(平成18年8月期)業績予想を発表した。第2期は新たに9棟を取得し、前期比4%の増収となる一方、投資口48,056口の増加に伴い、1口当たり分配金は11,692円となった。第3期はさらに5棟の取得によって前期比18%の増収となるが、平成17年に取得した物件の固定資産税・都市計画税の費用計上によって、0.3%の増益、1口当たり分配金は11,730円となる見通し。
