ニューシティ・レジデンス投資法人（NCR）が品川区のレジデンスを取得することを発表した。物件は、臨海高速鉄道りんかい線「品川シーサイド駅」より徒歩5分にある、平成17年11月竣工、25階建てマンション。1LDK-3LDK全208戸。3月7日現在の稼働率は1.5%。NCRは、稼働率が50%以上となることを取得の条件とする。取得すれば、NCRのポートフォリオで2番めの規模の物件となる。
