フロンティア不動産投資法人が、投資口を分割することを発表した。 12月末を基準日とし、2025年1月より投資口を5分割する。 これに伴い第42期(2025年6月期)1口当たり予想分配金を修正。投資口数が2,705,000口と従来の5倍となり、1口当たり分配金は2,120円と従来の5分の1となる。
