フロンティア不動産投資法人が、第37期（2022年12月期）決算を発表した。 第37期は、「イトーヨーカドー東大和店」の持分20％を追加売却した。原状回復費収入が減少したが、物件売却益の増加、修繕費の減少等により、前期比0.4％増益。32百万円を内部留保するも、1口当たり分配金は11,122円と前期を僅かに上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは39物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,576億円、有利子負債比率は37.4％。 第38期（2023年6月期）は、「イトーヨーカドー東大和店」の持分残70％を売却する。物件売却益や原状回復費収入が発生するが、売却やテナント入替に伴う減収、修繕費の増加により、当期利益は前期と同水準を見込む。101百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は10,990円と前期比1.2％減となる見通し。 第39期（2023年12月期）は、修繕費が減少するが、賃貸収入や原状回復費収入の減少、また前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期予想比8.3％減益を見込む。内部留保より142百万円を取り崩すも、1口当たり分配金は10,500円と前期予想比4.5％減となる見通し。
