フロンティア不動産投資法人が、第33期（2020年12月期）決算を発表した。 第33期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働やららぽーと新三郷のテナント入替えに伴う一時金収入が寄与する一方、コロナ禍の影響により、都市型商業施設を中心とした賃料一時減額や歩合賃料の減少、また修繕費の増加により、前期比3.0％減益。1口当たり分配金は10,448円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは37物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,390億円、有利子負債比率は37.8％。 第34期（2021年6月期）は、前期に発生した一時金収入がなくなる一方、コロナ禍による賃料減額等の影響が縮小、また修繕費の減少等により、前期比0.9％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は10,540円となる見通し。 第35期（2021年12月期）は、引き続きコロナ禍の影響が改善することを想定する一方、修繕費の増加により、当期利益は前期予想と同程度をを見込み、1口当たり分配金は10,550円となる見通し。
