フロンティア不動産投資法人が、第32期（2020年6月期）決算を発表した。 第32期は、「TENJIN216」等、商業施設及び底地の計3物件を取得した。 コロナ禍の影響により、都市型商業施設のテナントを中心に賃料減免や支払猶予を実施。これにより118百万円の減収となるが、新規3物件の収益が寄与し、前期比0.7％増益。自己投資口の消却を行い、投資口数が1.59％減少。これにより1口当たり分配金は10,766円と前期比2.3％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは37物件、資産規模3,390億円、有利子負債比率は37.9％。 第33期（2020年12月期）は、コロナ禍の影響として都市型商業施設を中心に330百万円の賃料減額を想定。また修繕費の増加も見込み、前期比6.1％減益、1口当たり分配金は10,110円となる見通し。 第34期（2021年6月期）は、コロナ禍の影響として235百万円の賃料減額を想定。減額幅の縮小及び修繕費の減少により、前期予想比3.8％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は10,490円となる見通し。
