フロンティア不動産投資法人（FRI）が、自己投資口の取得を行うことを発表した。 FRIによる自己投資口取得は初めて。 新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大による影響を受け、2月末よりREITの投資口相場は急落、FRIの投資口価格も2月末402,000円から3月末は304,500円と24％下落し、分配金利回りは6.98％に上昇、NAV倍率は0.70倍と割安の状態となっている。 これを受けて、投資口10,000口（発行済投資口数の1.93％）、取得額25億円を上限に4月～5月の間に取得し、第32期（2020年6月期）中に消却する見込み。 これに伴う業績予想への影響は未公表。
