フロンティア不動産が、物件入替えを発表した。 売却する三井ショッピングパークアルパーク（東棟）は、2013年に取得した広島市西区に位置する複合型のショッピングセンター。三井不動産と2033年までのマスターリース契約であったが、相次ぐ競合施設の出店による売上げ減少、築年数経過による修繕コストの増加から、マスターリース契約の解消リスクがあったため、売却することを決定した。売却額は3.8億円。 一方、池袋、名古屋・栄、大阪・心斎橋の都市型商業施設計3物件を三井不動産より取得する。3物件の取得額は計224.9億円。物件入替後のポートフォリオの規模は5.6％増の3,218億円となる。 なお、アルパークの売却に伴い売却損約9億円が第30期（2019年6月期）に発生するが、物件取得又は売却、内部留保の取崩し、利益超過分配の実施を検討することから、1口当たり分配金の修正はなし。
