フロンティア不動産投資法人が、第25期（平成28年12月期）決算を発表した。 第25期（平成28年12月期）は「三井ショッピングパークららぽーと新三郷」を追加取得。また「スポーツクラブルネサンス広島」のテナント契約終了に伴い、底地のみ保有に変更。 前期に売却した「ジョイフルタウン岡山」の賃貸収益が減少する一方、ららぽーと新三郷の賃貸収益増加や前期の物件売却損の反動増により、前期比9.9％増益、1口当たり分配金は9,903円と前期を2.2％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは32物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,890億円、有利子負債比率は31.5％。 第26期（平成29年6月期）は、ららぽーと新三郷が通期寄与する一方、ルネサンス広島の収益減少や固都税の増加、運用報酬の増加等により、前期比0.9％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,800円となる見通し。
