フロンティア不動産投資法人（FRI）が「三井ショッピングパークららぽーと新三郷」を追加取得する。物件は武蔵野線新三郷駅前に位置する、平成21年竣工の商業施設。スポンサーである三井不動産が運営する。取得額は151億円。FRIは2015年4月に共有持分16％を取得済みであり、8月に50％を追加取得することによって、持分は66％となる。 また保有する「スポーツクラブルネサンス広島」の一棟貸しテナントである株式会社ルネサンスとの定期賃貸借契約が7月31に終了する。次のテナントとしてコーナン商事株式会社と21年間の事業用定期借地契約を締結し、FRIは底地のみ保有する。コーナン商事が建物を解体し、新たに建物を建築し、店舗を運営する予定。 これらに伴い、第25期（平成28年12月期）業績予想を発表。追加取得したららぽーと新三郷の賃貸収益が寄与する一方、前期に売却した「ジョイフルタウン岡山」の賃貸収益がなくなることやスポーツクラブルネサンス広島の除却損134百万円計上等により、前期予想比1.9％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,500円となる見通し。
