フロンティア不動産投資法人（FRI）が、岡山市にある商業施設を売却する。物件は、JR岡山駅より徒歩10分に位置する、イトーヨーカドーを中心とした複合商業施設。平成26年に近隣に競合店舗がオープンしたことから売上げが低下。FRIはテナントであるイトーヨーカ堂と賃料協議していたが、将来的なリスクを回避するため売却を決定した。売却額は86.85億円。売却に伴い約4.7億円の損失が発生するが、内部留保を取り崩すことにより、第24期（平成28年6月期）業績予想の修正はなし。
