フロンティア不動産投資法人が第21期（平成26年12月期）決算を発表した。第21期はイオン秦野ショッピングセンターの残り20％を売却。前期に取得した物件が通期稼働する一方、物件売却益や解約違約金の減少、修繕費の増加等により、前期比5.7％減益。売却益のうち192百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は9,707円と前期を4.9％下回った。期末のポートフォリオは29棟、資産規模（取得額計は2,659億円、有利子負債比率は26.7％。併せて、三井ショッピングパークららぽーと新三郷の共有持分16％と、隣接するコストコの底地を取得する。2件の取得額は計85.5億円。これらに伴い第22期（平成27年6月期）は、3月取得する心斎橋スクエアを併せ、3件を取得予定。これにより賃貸収入は増加するが、前期の売却益がなくなることから、前期比8.7％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,200円となる見通し。
