フロンティア不動産投資法人が、第20期（平成26年6月期）決算を発表した。第20期は、商業施設2件（うち1件は底地）を取得する一方、イオン秦野ショッピングセンター（共有持分25%）を売却。これにより物件売却益965百万円が寄与し、前期比13.8％増益。売却益のうち242百万円を内部留保とするも、1口当たり分配金は10,211円と前期（分割調整後）を8.6％上回った。期末の有利子負債比率は26.8％。第21期（平成26年12月期）は、イオン秦野ショッピングセンターの残り持分20%を売却。前期に取得した物件が通期寄与する一方、物件売却益の減少や売却に伴う賃貸収益の減少により、前期比7.7％減益を見込む。売却益より192百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は9,400円と前期を7.9％下回る見通し。
