フロンティア不動産投資法人が第19期（平成25年12月期）決算を発表した。第19期は、商業施設2棟を売却（うち1棟は一部売却）。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働及び物件売却益が寄与し、前期比2.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は18,810円となった。併せて、ららぽーと新三郷アネックスの取得と、ららぽーと新三郷の取得に関する優先交渉権（優先交渉期間は平成29年3月迄）を発表した。これに伴い第20期（平成26年6月期）は、コーナン川崎南店（底地）、ららぽーと新三郷アネックスの賃貸収益、イオン秦野SCの一部売却による売却益が寄与し、前期比10%増益を見込む。投資口2分割により1口当たり分配金は9,900円となる見通し。
