フロンティア不動産投資法人が保有する商業施設2棟を売却する。売却する物件は、名古屋市中区栄にある都市型商業施設WV SAKAEと、神奈川県秦野市にあるイオン秦野SC。2棟の売却額は計170億円。WV SAKAEの売却損が発生する一方、イオン秦野SCの売却益が発生する。なお、イオン秦野SCは3期に分けて売却する。これに伴い第19期（平成26年12月期）業績予想を修正。2棟の売却損益を相殺し、前回予想比1.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は18,700円となる見通し。
