フロンティア不動産投資法人が第18期（平成25年6月期）決算を発表した。第18期は投資口追加発行を行い、商業施設2棟を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比6.5%増益、投資口数9%増加により、1口当たり分配金は18,347円と、前期を0.2%下回った。第19期（平成25年12月期）は、前期取得した物件の通期稼働及びテナント解約違約金収入等により、前期比0.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は18,400円となる見通し。
