フロンティア不動産投資法人が第17期（平成24年12月期）決算を発表した。第17期は期初に投資口の追加発行を行い「カナート洛北」を取得。これにより前期比10%増益。投資口数17%増加及び92百万円を内部留保することにより、1口当たり分配金は18,382円と前期を8%下回った。併せて、2期連続となる投資口の追加発行を発表。発行口数は19,500口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し1,000口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は9%増の248,000口となる。調達資金は164億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金及び借入金返済へ活用する。取得する物件は、広島市、JR山陰本線新井口駅より徒歩3分、スポンサーである三井不動産が開発した複合型商業施設（区分所有権の共有持分）。これらに伴い12月25日に公表した第18期（平成25年6月期）業績予想を修正。上記物件及び既に取得済の「池袋スクエア」の賃貸収益が寄与し、従来予想比10%増益、投資口数が9%増加するも1口当たり分配金は18,100円と従来予想を0.6%上回る見通し。続く第19期（平成25年12月期）1口当たり分配金は18,300円となる見通し。
