フロンティア不動産投資法人（FRI）が豊島区の商業施設を取得する。物件は、JR池袋駅東口より徒歩5分にある、平成24年11月竣工の商業施設。FRIのスポンサーである三井不動産が開発し、平成24年12月にオープン。テナントはアミューズメント施設のラウンドワンやファッション店等、計4社。稼働率は100%。メインテナントであるラウンドワンとは20年間の定期賃貸借契約（12年間賃料改定・中途解約不可）を締結。今回の取得に伴う業績への影響は、2月15日公表予定の第17期（平成24年12月期）決算発表にて併せて公表する予定。
