フロンティア不動産投資法人が第16期（平成24年6月期）決算を発表した。第16期は、底地1件及び商業施設1棟を取得。これにより前期比7.4%増益、1口当たり実績分配金は19,982円となった。第17期（平成24年12月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い204億円を調達し、京都の商業施設を取得。前期に取得した2件の通期稼働も寄与し5.8%増益、投資口数17%増加により1口当たり分配金は18,000円と前期を9.9%下回る見通し。
