フロンティア不動産投資法人（FRI）が投資口の追加発行を発表した。FRIの公募増資は2年ぶり。発行投資口数は31,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し2,500口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は最大で17%増の227,500口となる見通し。調達資金は約200億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金及び借入金の返済に充当する。取得する物件は、JR京都駅より北東8キロにある、食品スーパーを中心としたショッピングセンター。取得額は88億円。これらに伴い、第17期（平成24年12月期）業績予想を発表した。第16期（平成24年6月期）に取得した物件の通期稼働及び新規取得により前期予想比9.5%増益、投資口数の増加により1口当たり分配金は18,000円と前期を6.3%下回る見通し。また借入金返済に伴い第17期末の負債比率は前期末の50%から43%へ低下する見通し。
