フロンティア不動産投資法人が第15期（平成23年12月期）決算を発表した。第15期における物件取得はなし。修繕費や支払利息が増加する一方、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働の寄与、前期の震災関連修繕費用がなくなること等により前期比0.7%増益、1口当たり分配金は18,599円となった。第16期（平成24年6月期）は平成23年に取得した物件の固都税計上等により1%減益、1口当たり分配金は18,400円となる見通し。
