フロンティア不動産投資法人（FRI）が第15期（平成23年12月期）業績予想を修正した。保有するイオン秦野ショッピングセンターのリニューアルに伴いテナントから工事一時金を受領することから従来予想比0.7%増収となるが、当期利益及び1口当たり分配金は従来予想と変動なし。FRIが負担するリニューアル工事費用が690百万円となるが、賃貸借契約を5年半延長し、賃料が11%増額となる見込み。
