フロンティア不動産投資法人が第13期（平成22年12月期）決算を発表した。第13期は、期初に投資口追加発行及び商業施設2棟取得を行った。これに伴い前期比18.8%増益、投資口数21%増により1口当たり分配金は18,195円と前期を2%下回った。併せて埼玉県春日部市の商業施設を取得することを発表。取得額は100億円。食品スーパーを中心に専門店85店舗から成る。スポンサーであり賃借人である三井不動産と20年間の賃貸借契約を締結する。これに伴い、1月13日に発表した第14期（平成23年6月期）業績予想を上方修正した。前期比1.2%増益、1口当たり分配金は18,400円となる見通し。
