フロンティア不動産投資法人が第12期(平成22年6月期)決算を発表した。第12期は物件取得はなし。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により前期比2%増収となるも、固都税及び減価償却費の増加、公募増資費用等により0.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は18,588円となった。第13期(平成22年12月期)は期初に投資口の追加発行、商業施設2棟取得を実施。取得した2棟の賃貸収益が寄与し17%増益を見込む一方、投資口数21%増により1口当たり分配金は17,900円と、前期を下回る見通し。
