フロンティア不動産投資法人が第11期（平成21年12月期）決算を発表した。第11期は都市型商業施設1棟を取得、前期比1%増益、1口当たり分配金は18,737円となった。第12期（平成22年6月期）は前期に取得した物件収益が寄与し2%増収を見込む一方、固都税及び減価償却費の増加等により1%減益、1口当たり分配金は18,500円となる見通し。
