フロンティア不動産投資法人が第9期（平成20年12月期）決算を発表した。第9期は商業施設5棟（うち1件は底地権）を取得し前期比31%増益、期初に公募増資を行い投資口数が28%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は18,441円と前期を上回った。第10期（平成21年6月期）は商業施設1棟を取得し7%増収を見込む一方、固都税及び支払利息の増加等により2.1%減益、1口当たり分配金は18,000円となる見通し。
