フロンティア不動産投資法人が第8期（平成20年6月期）決算を発表した。第8期は、商業施設1棟を取得。3月にスポンサーがJTから三井不動産へ交代するとともに、三井不動産へ14,600口の第三者割当投資口発行を行った。これにより前期比14%増益、投資口数が13%増加するも1口当たり分配金は17,960円と前期を僅かに上回った。第9期（平成20年12月期）は、商業施設4棟取得により前期比28%増益、一方公募増資により投資口数が28%するため、1口当たり分配金は17,900円と、前期と同水準となる見通し。
