フロンティア不動産投資法人が「イオンナゴヤドーム前ショッピングセンター」の取得に伴い、第4期(平成18年6月期)業績予想を修正した。同物件は平成17年2月に契約をしたが、第3期決算発表時には取得が確定せず、業績予想には含まれていなかった。今回の取得(鑑定価格変更に伴い取得額248億円と7億円増額)によって19%の増益、1口当たり予想分配金は13,740円となる見込み。
