フロンティア不動産投資法人（FRI）がスタンダード＆プアーズ（S＆P）及びムーディーズより格付けを取得した。FRIの格付け取得は初めて。格付けはそれぞれ、A＋（S＆P）、A1（ムーディーズ）。両社ともに、全国分散されたポートフォリオ、信用力競争力の高いテナントとの長期契約、オリジネーターである日本たばこ産業（JT）のサポートによる継続的な物件取得、低い有利子負債比率を強みをする。その反面、9棟から成るポートフォリオの資産及びテナント集中リスク、オリジネーターへの依存を懸念材料とする。
