フロンティア不動産投資法人(FRI)がスタンダード&プアーズ(S&P)及びムーディーズより格付けを取得した。FRIの格付け取得は初めて。格付けはそれぞれ、A+(S&P)、A1(ムーディーズ)。両社ともに、全国分散されたポートフォリオ、信用力競争力の高いテナントとの長期契約、オリジネーターである日本たばこ産業(JT)のサポートによる継続的な物件取得、低い有利子負債比率を強みをする。その反面、9棟から成るポートフォリオの資産及びテナント集中リスク、オリジネーターへの依存を懸念材料とする。
