フロンティア不動産投資法人が第4期（平成18年6月期）決算を発表した。第4期はイオンナゴヤドーム前ショッピングセンターを取得したことで、前期比19%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,437円となった。第5期（平成18年12月期）は第4期取得1棟の通期稼働と新たに1棟取得を予定し、17%の増益、1口当たり分配金は16,865円となる見通し。
