日本レジデンシャル投資法人（NRIC）が第12期（平成21年11月期）決算を発表した。第12期は物件の売買はなし。賃貸収益が減少するも、前期の物件売却損がなくなったことにより、前期比13%増益、1口当たり分配金は9,293円となった。第13期の運用期間は、アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人（ADR）との合併により平成21年12月～平成22年2月迄の3ヶ月間となる。運用期間の短縮及び合併関連費用を見込み、前期比74%減益、1口当たり分配金は2,400円となる見通し。NRIC、ADRともに2月24日に上場廃止となり、3月1日に新設するアドバンス・レジデンス投資法人に合併し、3月2日に上場する予定。
