日本レジデンシャル投資法人が第11期（平成21年5月期）決算を発表した。第11期は、保有物件2棟を売却。売却損332百万円が発生する一方、前期の違約金がなくなること及び投資法人債の買入消却益137百万円の計上により、前期比164%増益、1口当たり分配金は8,231円となった。第12期（平成21年11月期）は、2.5%減収となるも、前期の物件売却損がなくなるため、11.8%増益、1口当たり分配金は9,200円となる見通し。なお、新スポンサーの選定は7月中に行われる見込み。
