日本レジデンシャル投資法人が保有物件1棟を売却する。売却する物件は、東京都町田市のマンション。築17年を経過していること、低層階の事務所及び店舗への収益依存による将来の空室リスクを懸念した。売却代金は、投資法人債の一部買入消却及び借入金一部弁済に充当し、有利子負債比率を0.1%引き下げた。売却損失約114百万円が第11期（平成21年5月期）に計上されるが、投資法人債の一部買入消却に伴う消却益137百万円と相殺するため、業績予想の修正はなし。
