日本レジデンシャル投資法人が第10期（平成20年11月期）決算を発表した。第10期は1棟取得及び1棟売却を行った。営業利益は前期比4%減だが、パシフィックロイヤルコートみなとみらいの取得中止に伴う違約金23億円計上により、前期比78%減益、1口当たり分配金は3,116円となった。第11期（平成21年5月期）は、営業費用及び支払利息が増加する一方、前期の違約金がなくなるため176%増益、1口当たり分配金は8,600円となる見通し。続く第12期（平成21年11月期）1口当たり分配金は11,000円となる見通し。
