日本レジデンシャル投資法人(NRIC)が、保有するレジデンスを売却する。売却価格と簿価の差額は約-2億円となり、売却損が発生する。但し、今回の売却に伴う業績予想修正はなし。NRICは、資金調達環境の悪化から、当面は財務基盤の強化を最優先課題とし、有利子負債比率を低下させるために物件売却を進めていく。
