日本レジデンシャル投資法人が第9期（平成20年5月期）決算を発表した。第9期は、2棟取得及び2棟売却を行った。物件売却益7億円が寄与し、前期比14.3%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,577円となった。第10期（平成20年11月期）は、2棟取得を予定する一方、物件売却益がなくなるため17.6%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,000円となる見通し。
