日本レジデンシャル投資法人が第8期（平成19年11月期）決算を発表した。第8期は、26棟取得及び3棟を売却し、前期比18%増益となるも、投資口数32%増加及び物件売却益の減少により、1口当たり分配金は12,748円と前期を11%下回った。実績分配金は、平成19年7月18日に公表した第8期1口当たり予想分配金13,100円に対しても2.7％下回った。 第9期（平成20年5月期）は、売却予定の2棟の売却益が寄与し増収増益を予想するものの、1口当たり分配金は13,100円と微増となる見通し。
