日本レジデンシャル投資法人が第6期（平成18年11月期）決算を発表した。第6期は、3棟の取得及び6棟の売却を行った。売却益849百万円が寄与し、前期比1%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,232円となった。第7期（平成19年5月期）は11棟の取得を予定し6%の増収を見込むも、物件売却益が427百万円と減少するため5.8%減益となり、1口当たり分配金は13,400円となる見通し。
