日本レジデンシャル投資法人(NRIC)が、上場時から保有するレジデンス4棟を売却することを発表した。4棟の売却額は計4,073百万円。売却先はGEリアル・エステート(株)。併せてNRICは第6期(平成18年11月期)の業績予想を発表した。第6期取得予定の3棟と上記売却益約8億円弱を加味し、当期利益2,615百万円、1口当たり分配金14,000円となる見通し。
