日本レジデンシャル投資法人（NRIC）が保有するレジデンス1棟を売却する。売却する物件は、世田谷区に上場時から保有する富裕層向けマンション。NRICによれば、当該物件の土地価格上昇により、開発用地としての評価額が現在の評価額を上回ることを売却の要因とする。譲渡先はスポンサーのパシフィックマネジメントが組成したSPC。売却額と簿価との差額は200百万円超となり、売却益は当期（平成18年11月期）に計上されるが、これに伴う業績予想の修正は発表されていない。
