日本レジデンシャル投資法人が役員会開催について業務改善命令を受ける

日本レジデンシャル投資法人(NRIC)は投資法人としての役員会開催について、関東財務局長から「業務改善命令」を受けたことを7月14日に公表した。処分理由は役員会開催について、いわゆる「事前了承」・「事後了承」・「持ち廻り形式」が行われていたことによるもの。NRICは今年4月26日に役員会の開催に不備があったことを理由として投資法人債の発行中止を公表していた。 投資法人の役員会開催方法については今年4月26日に「日本リテールファンド投資法人」・同6月16日に「オリックス不動産投資法人」が処分を受けており3社めとなる。
