野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人が第21期（平成26年4月期）決算を発表した。第21期は麹町ミレニアムガーデンを取得。賃貸収益が増加する一方、違約金収入の減少等により、前期比0.2％減益。内部留保より95百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は10,000円と前期と同額となった。期末における有利子負債比率は44.2％。第22期（平成26年10月期）は、麹町ミレニアムガーデンの通期稼働により6.7％増益、1口当たり分配金は10,400円となる見通し。
