野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人が第20期（平成25年10月期）決算を発表した。第20期は、投資口の追加発行を行いオフィスビル3棟を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与する一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなること等により、前期比9.7%減益。内部留保を活用するも、投資口数が増加したことにより、1口当たり分配金は10,000円と前期を19%下回った。第21期（平成26年4月期）は、賃貸収入の減少及び営業費用の増加を見込み1.9%減益、内部留保より158百万円を活用し、1口当たり分配金は10,000円と前期と同水準となる見通し。
